AJs Sports Centre has been a part of South Brisbane fitness landscape for over 30 years. It has evolved during this time and today we are one of the largest and most comprehensive fitness locations in Queensland. Weve learned a thing or two in this time which is why we know we can help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be. We have built our business on making fitness fun and we do this by giving our members VARIETY.
As firm believers in fitness as a long term part of life, weve made it impossible for you to get bored as you use of our many pools, oversized gym, squash courts, boxing room, pilates and group fitness rooms. There is childminding to keep the kids entertained while you work out so if you are a part of the AJs family, there are no excuses! We are also committed to providing our members with the latest and greatest which is why we have just unveiled our brand new cross training area - The Colosseum. AJs is also very fortunate to have its very own learn-to-swim school that caters to all levels, from beginner to squad, and gets the kids active and into good habits at an early age.
We have also introduced the Les Mills Born To Move classes which are specifically designed for children and helps to improve their fitness and self esteem as well as letting them make new friends.
